Vocational Training Degree – Microcomputer Systems and Networks
I have successfully completed the two-year Vocational Training Degree in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, acquiring solid practical and theoretical background in IT support and digital infrastructure. During this academic period, I developed core skills in assembling, configuring, diagnosing, and repairing computer hardware and peripherals, as well as installing and maintaining local area networks (LANs), structured cabling, and basic administration of network devices such as switches and routers. Additionally, I gained hands-on experience installing and configuring various client and server operating systems (Windows and Linux distributions), applying technical security policies, user management, disk partitioning, backup routines, and system failure prevention.
I applied these skills during my internship at El Corte Inglés, where I expanded my training into specialized fields, including POS (Point of Sale) assembly, troubleshooting, and advanced Active Directory management for role-based access control.
Throughout these two years, I learned to resolve technical issues, set up workstations, and provide IT support to end-users and small businesses. I am accustomed to working meticulously, applying security best practices, and leveraging maintenance tools to ensure optimal system performance. Thanks to this background, I am fully prepared to excel in IT support, network installation, and systems maintenance roles.
Higher Vocational Training Degree – Network Computer Systems Administration (ASIR)
I am currently pursuing a Higher Vocational Training Degree in Network Computer Systems Administration (ASIR), an official program focused on end-to-end IT infrastructure management, server configuration, LAN/WAN implementation, and database administration. Through this coursework, I am developing essential technical skills to ensure the availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT systems across physical, virtualized, and cloud environments. This training provides me with a deep understanding of hardware interaction, communication protocols, and applications—enabling me to troubleshoot complex incidents and optimize overall IT operations.
